Stacey Younger Gagosian has worked in politics and policy for nearly 3 decades. As the Senior Vice President of Public Policy at Truth Initiative, she leads the public policy team in educating policy makers and developing the strategy and strategic partners to change policy at the federal, state, and local levels to prevent youth from using tobacco and help tobacco users quit.
Younger Gagosian’s previous public health experience includes serving as the legislative associate at the National Breast Cancer Coalition from 2003 to 2008, successfully working to secure research funding and passing legislation requiring more research into the environmental causes of breast cancer. She worked on Capitol Hill in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, and has held positions including a fundraising manager for a Senate campaign and outreach coordinator at the Close Up Foundation, a nonprofit civic education organization. Younger Gagosian has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalamazoo College.
